Our student Marcel Sticher has been awarded the SAMPE Germany Innovation Award 2026 in the ‘Bachelor’s and Master’s Theses’ category.
The award was given for his Master’s thesis entitled ‘High-performance resins and their blends for novel ablative materials in solid rocket motors’. The award was presented during the SAMPE Symposium in Bayreuth. The submitted theses were assessed by a panel of experts on their innovative potential and presented in a live pitch session.
By winning the competition, Marcel has also qualified for the European student competition organised by SAMPE Europe, which will take place in Lecce (Italy) in autumn 2026.
Congratulations to Marcel Sticher on this outstanding achievement!
